I’ve always been a little pickle-obsessed. While most people keep a jar in the fridge for the occasional snack, I practically collect them. I eat pickles straight from the jar, dip them in chocolate just to see what happens, and I’m not ashamed to say I drink the juice too. For me, pickles aren’t just something you crave — they’re a lifestyle, a personality, a whole vibe.
One day, halfway through a fresh jar and feeling inspired, a question hit me:
“Why hasn’t anyone made a pickle gummy yet?”
It seemed ridiculous that it didn’t already exist. So instead of waiting around for someone else to do it, I decided I would. I grabbed my brine, my mixing bowls, and all the gummy know-how I could muster, and I started experimenting.
After a lot of laughing, a little chaos, and one glorious moment of gummy magic, I created it — the world’s first real pickle gummy. People thought I was joking at first. Then they tried one. And that’s when everything changed.
What started as my weird little obsession grew into something bigger than I ever imagined. Now Dilly’s Pickle Gummies are being talked about, shared, and celebrated all over the world. It turns out following your quirks isn’t just fun… sometimes it leads to something unforgettable.
