Shipping and Returns
Seriously, Sh..t happens so we actually we have a few policies
We tract all the ingredients including their batch numbers and date stamp and batch code all of our products. But accidents happen.. so if for some reason you product smells or tastes bad, just let us know by email so we can check all of our batches for issues. Send us a picture and we will be happy to send you an new one.
Single Box… (order more and you get free shipping.. cheap ass !!!)
U.S. Domestic Shipping ~ $5 bucks ~ 1 to 2 business days
Canada Priority ~ $20 bucks~ 1 to 2 weeks may melt in the summer
Canada Express ~ $35 bucks ~ 1 to 2 business days
International ~ Sorry Not Happening it will melt
In some cases, Customs may delay express delivery in certain countries and it may take as long as 3-4 weeks to be delivered.
Important! All International shipping is subject to all fees in their country. Any additional fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of their order.
International shipments (including Canada and Mexico) are subject to Broker Fees, Duties, Taxes and Custom Fees in their country. Any extra fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules of these fess may vary by country, and the local government determines the customs and duty charges. Custom procedures may place a temporary hold on shipments.
Express mail may not be able to be tracked. A tracking number will be provided directly to your email address once the order has shipped. You may track your package at www.ups.com, wwwfedex.com, or www.usps.com
Stuff happens we get it.. most often it is the mailman’s fault, not ours… so don’t be pissed at us… we will make it right for you.
We are happy to replace any damaged merchandise. Take a picture of the damaged shipping box or damaged product and email it to us with your contact info and we will replace it for free..
If you order chocolate in the summer time (May thru September) and are not home to receive it before it melts… that’s not our fault. and everything is tracked so we will know… lol.
Also We don’t send any packages on Fridays so they don’t sit in a hot warehouse all weekend. So no Monday deliveries.
If you are just not happy with the product and want a refund…send it back to us. BUT… we would like to send you a different flavor for you to try free of charge …
But we understand if you want you money back no problem, BUT…
the product must be sealed in the shrink wrapping, unopened, and in the original packaging. An email must be sent to the company within 20 days from the date of purchase in order to process a return.
BUT… there is a Restocking Fee.
Restocking Fees ( which really means we have to throw it out, )
All items are subject to a 25% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order. Hippie Chicks will not accept returns after 30 days.
Example ~ Single Box Purchase
If you purchase 1 Box for the price of $35, plus tax and within 30 days, returned one unopened Box you would receive a refund of $26.25 ($35 – $8.75 = 25% )
