I suffer with chronic pain from working hard my entire life. I have worked on farms, orchards, wineries, and now marijuana growing rooms. It is very hard work for 14 to 15 hours per day. Over time it took a toll on my body and let me tell you, I really feel it every morning and every night. To help cope with the chronic pain I used a lot of over the counter NSAID drugs, but they did a lot of permanent damage to my liver and kidneys and now Doctors are telling me I can’t take any pain medication at all. I Decided to try some alternative natural anti-inflammatories like Turmeric, Bromelain, Boswellia, Valerian Root and MSM. These are great for inflammation, but I also needed a pain reliever, so I tried cannabis. The strains “OG Kush”, “Purple Trainwreck” and “Girl Scout Cookies” mixed in my dark chocolate recipe has worked great for relieving my pain and soreness. For the stiffness, I took up YIN yoga to balance my CHI and improve my flexibility. I feel like a whole new woman.
