I have a hard time relaxing at the end of her busy day. My brain races for hours while I relive my daily activities. It feels like it just won’t shut off. By the time I actually make it to bed, it is impossible for me to fall asleep. Even when I finally get to sleep, I always wake up in the night for a few hours. Believe me, I have tried everything, wine, beer, melatonin, sleeping pills.. you name it. Then I found CBD oil. About 30 minutes before bed, I put 20 drops of Cherry CBD oil under my tongue for 60 seconds. Within 20 minutes, It helps me relax and decompress my cares away. Now I can fall right to sleep and i have been staying asleep all night.
